Quality Assurance Engineer

We are currently looking for a Quality ​Assurance Engineer to join our Lending software development ​team in the UK. In this role, you will contribute to the release of high-quality software products to our customers. Collaborating closely with our development team, you will be responsible for reviewing requirements, creating comprehensive test plans and executing testing activities to maintain the integrity and reliability of our software offerings.

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, document and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to identify system requirements.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role in software development.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear, concise and comprehensive test cases
• Experience with productivity tools such as MS Office and JIRA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting would be beneficial 
• Finance industry experience would be beneficial
