Role Overview Performs detailed field inspections of piping systems to verify installation quality and compliance. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct line walk-downs against P&IDs and isometrics. Verify materials, tag numbers, and installation standards. Prepare punch lists and monitor corrective actions. Support hydrotesting and pre-commissioning inspections. Confirm proper installation of supports and spring hangers. Check flange alignment, bolt torque, and gasket installation. Verify welding identification and traceability. Ensure compliance with approved ITP hold and witness points. Coordinate with supervisors to resolve quality issues. Document inspections with photographic evidence and reports. Qualifications & Experience Technical qualification in Mechanical discipline. 3+ years’ piping QA/QC experience. Familiarity with ITPs and inspection documentation.
