We combine our Shopify Plus knowledge with a deep understanding of what makes customers tick to drive revenue growth for our brands.We're looking for a Quality Assurance manager for a leading ecommerce customer experience agency. You will join our quality department and support our Build Quality Manager.Applicants must demonstrate:Shopify Knowledge: You must show that you've worked in a quality control role with a Shopify focus.Testing Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of testing strategy, conducting functional, usability, and performance testing to identify and resolve bugs before delivery.Developer Training & Mentorship: Contribute to developer skill development by identifying training needs, providing guidance, and promoting best practices.Bug Tracking & Resolution: Implement a robust bug tracking system, manage the bug lifecycle from identification to resolution, and ensure timely fixes.Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure that designs are translated flawlessly into functional, high-quality Shopify Plus experiences.Client Focus: Maintain open communication with clients regarding project quality, proactively address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the final product.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes to enhance efficiency and maintain best-in-class standards.About the role:Superco's head office is in London, the creative team is based in Birmingham, and some remote technical team members work remotely in Europe.
