Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Professional who thrives in ensuring high standards of quality and compliance in the food or packaging industries. This role requires an individual who can work both independently and as part of a team, consistently demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures in line with the requirements of BRCGS Packaging Materials Standard, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, SEDEX, EcoVadis, SBTi, and other relevant standards.
• Conduct internal audits, glass inspections, and GMP inspections to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Support in customer and third-party audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met.
• Handle customer information requests promptly and accurately.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure they meet our quality standards.

• Experience in the food or packaging industries.
• Knowledge of BRCGS Packaging Materials Standard, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.
• Familiarity with SEDEX, EcoVadis, SBTi, and other ESG-related areas.
• Proficient in conducting Root Cause Analysis using methods like 5-why’s.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Qualifications in Internal Auditing, HACCP Level 3, and Food Safety/Hygiene Level 2.
