Salary: Up to £75,492

This is a perfect opportunity for Quality Assurance & Test Manager who has led, mentored and developed a team of QA Analysts, and has a background in a relevant area such as Test Management or Test Automation.

What the Quality Assurance & Test Manager will be doing

• Lead and manage the QA & Test team to ensure software products, platforms, and solutions meet defined quality standards.
• Define and agree on quality standards for digital products, websites, and platforms in collaboration with senior management.
• Plan test cycles, ensuring suitable resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.
• Create a comprehensive QA strategy and plan focused on automated testing across products, platforms, and services.

What the Quality Assurance & Test Manager will bring to the team

• Create and manage test plans across a full range of projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide QA and test services as required.
• Evaluate products and services continuously for best value and fit for the organisation, recommending improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Lead the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance function in collaboration with senior management.
• Test software, product, and system releases.
