Quality Assurance Administrator – ASAP Hire – Fixed Term Contract My client, an innovative and design-led property development company, is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Quality Assurance Administrator to join their Aftercare and Defects team on a fixed-term contract basis.

Please note: The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar role within the housing or construction sector.
Contract length: Immediate start until the end of February 2026
Location: Based on-site at their offices and apartments | South London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Assist QA Managers in tracking and documenting snags and defects using CRM tools such as iAuditor and Salesforce
Conduct daily site inspections, capturing photographic evidence of snags for inspection reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality assurance activities
Ensure snag reports are properly filed and easily accessible for review
Collaborate with various departments and contractors to resolve issues and uphold quality standards
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and distribute quality assurance reports and supporting documentation
Provide administrative support and assist in coordinating QA projects
Monitor outstanding issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team
Health and Safety All employees are expected to actively support and promote health and safety best practices in line with statutory obligations. This role involves regular on-site work requiring PPE. Possession of a valid CSCS card is advantageous.

Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally within housing or construction
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, diligent, and highly organised
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across internal teams and external suppliers
Strong data entry and compliance skills
IT literate and tech-savvy – experience with Salesforce or iAuditor is highly beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A strong team player, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, effectively prioritising your workload
