We’re recruiting for a Quality Compliance Manager - a role that blends quality assurance and compliance. It would be a great fit for someone with experience in food manufacturing, ideally fresh produce, who’s either currently working in technical compliance or is a QA ready for their next step.

You'll be supporting senior management while overseeing a small quality team and driving continuous improvement across the site. From internal audits and root cause investigations to efficiency monitoring and supporting team performance, this role is hands-on and full of variety.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has food manufacturing experience
• Understands technical compliance and BRCGS standards
• Is confident with data, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• Can flex hours around business needs - some Saturdays may be required during peak times
• Is passionate about improving processes and team performance

In return, you'll be offered a salary between £35,000 - £37,500 depending on experience, and the chance to shape quality and efficiency standards in a supportive, collaborative environment.
