Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is on the lookout for a passionate Quality Control Scientist to join their dynamic team in Heysham, Morecambe. This temp-to-perm role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to quality assurance while developing your expertise.

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
• Starting Rate: £13.49 per hour - Opportunity to upskill and grow with the company
• Temp to Perm!

What You'll Do:

• analyse raw materials and samples using validated analytical techniques with precision and accuracy.
• Follow quality system requirements and procedures to ensure smooth material approval.
• Maintain meticulous records and update the Laboratory Information Management System.
• Conduct safety audits and promote a clean, safe working environment in line with EHS policies.
• Collaborate with team members and take on additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus, but not essential-your enthusiasm to learn is what matters!
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
