What you’ll do

* Inspect raw materials, in‑process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

* Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non‑conformance reports

* Collaborate with production teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions

* Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing

* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards

* Help uphold their reputation for excellence in acoustic performance and design

What you bring

* Experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a similar technical role

* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving

* Confidence using measurement tools, inspection equipment, and documentation systems

* A proactive mindset — you don’t just spot issues, you help solve them

* Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with cross‑functional teams
