About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept individual to join a dynamic laboratory team. You'll be responsible for conducting a range of analytical procedures to ensure product consistency, safety, and compliance with internal and external standards. This specialist lab team focuses on the preparation, analysis, and certification of high-precision reference materials. This hands-on role involves:

• Performing analytical testing using UV-Vis and other spectroscopy techniques
• Calibrating and maintaining lab instruments to strict standards
• Preparing and certifying Certified Reference Materials (CRMs)
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with quality protocols

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in chemistry, materials science, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation and data interpretation.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory frameworks.
