Quality Control (QC) Dispatcher – Day Shift

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Dispatcher to join our busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role combines final quality inspections with dispatch coordination, ensuring fire door products meet customer specifications and are prepared for delivery accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out final quality inspections before dispatch.
Check products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Complete dispatch paperwork and ensure accurate labelling.
Coordinate daily dispatches and maintain accurate records.
Report quality issues and work with production to resolve them.
Ensure products are packaged safely for transport.
Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in quality control, dispatch, warehouse, or manufacturing.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within fire doors or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
