⏰ 40 Hours Per Week | 5 Days from 7 (roughly 1 weekend a month)
🕒 Shifts: 6am-3pm or 12pm-9pm (flexibility available for the right candidate)

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure all stock is cleaned, checked, maintained and ready for dispatch to the highest standards. Ideal candidates will have experience leading cleaning or housekeeping teams and be confident managing staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring products, equipment, or facilities are presented in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a team of Quality Control Operatives and cleaners
Inspect incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring quality standards are met.
Manage damaged or faulty items through repair or disposal processes.
Monitor productivity, staffing levels and daily workloads.
Conduct team briefings and support performance management activities.
Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with other departments.
Complete rotas, holiday management and associated administration.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.About You

Previous supervisory experience within quality control, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or a similar environment.
Knowledge of cleaning processes is essential- fabric, upholstery, wood etc
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting.
Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends.What's on Offer?
