Quality Controller

Bedfordshire | 40 hrs | 08:00–16:00

If you’re sharp on detail, steady under pressure, and motivated by getting things right, this role puts you at the heart of product integrity. You’ll be the gatekeeper for raw materials — the person who ensures every ingredient entering the site is safe, compliant, and ready for production.

Based at a modern, well invested site your key responsibilities will be:

* Daily raw material testing, recording accurate results, and escalating deviations fast.

* Verifying supplier documentation and approving materials for use.

* Maintaining laboratory information management system, raw material records, and audit‑ready documentation.

* Trending data, spotting risks, and supporting non‑conformance investigations.

* Keeping lab equipment clean, calibrated, and ready to go.

* Supporting cross‑site quality activity when needed.

What You’ll Bring

* Experience in a lab or QA role within food or manufacturing.

* Strong numeracy, accuracy, and confidence with data systems.

* Clear communication and a calm, steady approach under pressure.

* The permanent right to work in the UK and UK driving licence.
