3D Personnel are recruiting experienced Quality Controllers (Flange/Bolting) for a major refinery turnaround project at Fawley Refinery, working on behalf of a leading European industrial engineering contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile turnaround project delivering essential works within one of the UK's largest refinery environments, ensuring flange management and bolted connections meet the highest quality and safety standards.

The Role

Inspecting and verifying bolted flange connections
Ensuring flange management procedures are followed throughout the turnaround
Recording inspection findings and completing quality documentation
Working closely with Mechanical Supervisors and Pipefitting teams
Verifying torque and tightening procedures
Maintaining compliance with client quality standards and project specifications

Requirements

Previous refinery, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial experience
Experience in flange management and bolting inspection
Relevant mechanical or quality qualifications
Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
Ability to pass mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening and site medical requirements
Right to work in the UK

What's on Offer

60 hours per week (Sunday to Friday)
