Quality Coordinator The Company Our client, a successful provider of architectural coating and protection solutions is looking to recruit a Quality Coordinator for their Glasgow site. With a wide range of applications our client is able to give total solutions to its customer’s needs as well as offer to each customer a level of unparalleled service and technical back up. This role is key to the on-going Quality function for production, labour control and maintenance of our client’s manufacturing facility. Our client’s growth has seen the company turnover increase and their ability to service clients far beyond their expectations. With continued support for training with a guarantee that personal development will be encouraged and promoted our client is now looking to expand their operations and offer a real opportunity to progress within the manufacturing sector. The Role This is a fundamental role in the company’s business strategy and requires an individual of an ambitious nature. Operating across the whole business you will manage and implement changes relating to Quality & Production, Audits, and administration of corresponding data, with aspirations to take on a more Senior Management position, you will be responsible to our client’s senior management team and directors. You will work through several departments, learning the skills necessary to progress in your career. The Candidate Suitable applicants must be able to show strong Quality skills and motivation to succeed within this industry. Applicants should be suitably qualified, ideally in Quality within Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, Management or Construction with experience or interest in developing their knowledge in the Quality, production, within Manufacture, applicants should be keen to develop further skills in the above markets and be looking for a challenging new role. Experience is required as this is a “hit the ground running” position however applicants must be able to demonstrate high levels of drive and enthusiasm. This role requires an applicant who is both comfortable technically and Health and Safety aware.
