Job Description - Quality Engineer

Coordination of development, production, or process projects
Project planning, controlling, and reporting
Project representation and presentation of results and status
Root-cause analysis for quality issues
Monitor performance and propose counter measures
Implement and document engineering changes
Cooperation and coordination with clients, suppliers, and development partners at the national and international level
Planning and leading workshops and project meetings
Active participation in the further development of our company, pmX
Leading and actively engaging in internal projects

We are looking for people with:

Bachelor‘s degree, with first industry experience
Experience in project management, process management, and/or quality management
Knowledge in tools such as FMEA, Six Sigma, ISO 9000, Agile Project Management, etc is welcome
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to make decisions
Self organizational skills and self reflection
Ability to quickly ramp up and adapt to a wide range of topics and responsibilities
German language ability is a plus
