Quality Engineer

This position involves maintaining and improving the quality of manufacturing processes within the industrial sector. Located in Kings Norton the Quality Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards.

Description

• Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes
• PPAP, 8D's, FMEA's etc.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and rectify quality issues
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality
• Train and support team members on quality control measures
• Comply with industry regulations and safety standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Ensure documentation of quality assurance activities

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

• An educational background in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
