What You'll Be Doing
*Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) project teams
*Hands-on involvement with quality processes and systems
*Building strong relationships with the production team
*Participating in internal customer meetings (mainly UK-based)
*Receiving and executing tasks from the NPI Project Manager

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
*Strong knowledge of APQP and PPAP
*Background in aerospace (apprenticeship or shop floor experience welcome)
*Project planning and IPM (Integrated Project Management) capabilities
*Skilled in using quality and problem-solving tools (e.g. 8D, 5Y, Ishikawa)
