Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer responsibilities include -

• Lead resolution of customer concerns using 8D methodology.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain systems.
• Support investigations into quality issues across teams.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and control plans.
• Monitor supplier quality and manage non-conformance's.
• Analyse quality data to support improvement.

Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience -

• Experience working within a similar position (Quality Technician).
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of QMS such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, or IATF 16949.
• Able to use core tools such as NCR, 8D, and Control Plans.
• Confident in providing day-to-day customer support.
