Job Description - Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer | Nottingham | Salary - £43,000 | Annual Bonus
Cherry Professional are currently working with a market leading Manufacturing company. They are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their close knit and thriving team.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the planning and execution of product and process validation activities
Validate that products and processes meet customer, company, regulatory, and external standards throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure that validation plans for products and processes are established and executed, including equipment and test method validations, to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
Engage with customers and suppliers to clarify quality requirements, support compliance, and address project specific quality concerns.

Ideal Candidate:

Degree or HND standard, ideally in a Manufacturing or Engineering discipline
Demonstrable experience in manufacturing
Continuous Improvement achievements ideally with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience with inspection processes
Able to read engineering drawings
