This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering business that prides itself on innovation, quality, and craftsmanship. As a key member of the Quality team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring products meet the highest standards from concept through to final inspection.

As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality systems (AS9100, ISO9001)
• Conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective/preventive actions
• Leading internal audits and supporting external audits
• Working closely with production, engineering, and customer teams to resolve quality issues
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor

• Proven experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment (composites experience is a bonus)
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with aerospace or automotive quality standards is advantageous
