Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30, Friday: 08:00 - 15:30

Quality Engineer Position Overview

To deliver a professional quality engineering service to the business, with a primary focus on Manufacturing Quality Control requirements.
The role involves ensuring product quality, supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining compliance with customer and supplier standards, and driving continuous improvement across inspection and quality systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality standards and support operational excellence.
Responsible for producing credible inspection and associated reports.Quality Engineer Position Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quality Engineer
Ability to train employees in quality-related subjects
Ability to understand complex mechanical engineering drawings
Good project management skills with regular liaison between customers and suppliers
Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship (essential)
Good knowledge of CMM programming with certification issued by the CMM manufacturer or agent
ISO 9000 Auditor qualification - desirableQuality Engineer Job Salary & Package:
