Quality Engineer

Are you looking to develop your career within manufacturing quality? We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join an established manufacturing business with a prestigious customer base.

This is a hands-on role focused on solving problems, improving processes and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with Production, Inspection and Engineering, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality standards are maintained and issues are identified and resolved.

The Role

* Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

* Work with Production and Engineering to solve problems and prevent issues from recurring.

* Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

* Identify quality trends and opportunities for improvement.

* Support supplier quality, audits, calibration and compliance.

* Prepare quality documentation and customer reports.

* Support new product introductions and manufacturing processes.

About You

You’ll be proactive, analytical and enjoy getting to the root cause of problems. You will need experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment and a genuine interest in quality and continuous improvement.

NEBOSH would be advantageous but is not essential.
