You will support the delivery of quality assurance and quality control activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring contractors and suppliers meet all required quality standards and project requirements. Your Responsibilities: Support QA/QC activities across civil construction works. Review and monitor contractor quality plans and project documentation. Coordinate and participate in audits, inspections, surveillance, and testing activities. Support the management of non-conformances and corrective actions. Assist with supplier quality assurance and governance activities. Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality records. Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure work is delivered right first time. What We're Looking For: Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles. Experience working within construction, nuclear, engineering, or other safety-critical industries. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify issues, drive improvements, and promote quality best practices. Experience/Qualifications Required: HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline. Experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control environment. Experience conducting supplier audits and managing quality-related issues. Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex project environments. Nuclear sector experience desirable but not essential. IRCA Auditor qualification and knowledge of NDT/NDE, Welding, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
