Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality control processes. Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions. Support audits, compliance and quality documentation. Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality. Analyse quality data and support continuous improvement. Key Requirements 3+ years' experience in Quality Engineering. Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, FMEA, SPC and Root Cause Analysis. Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Desirable Aerospace, automotive, defence or composites experience. FAIR/ISIR knowledge. Six Sigma or Quality certifications.
