In the role you will play a key part in ensuring that all products meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements. You'll be investigating non-conforming parts, driving root cause analysis, liaising with various departments and external clients, and supporting the continuous improvement of quality processes across the business. With access to Six Sigma methodology and ongoing support, you'll be instrumental in upholding product integrity and business KPIs.

The Role

• Investigate non-conformities using 8D, 5Y, and Six Sigma
• Resolve quality issues with internal teams and customers
• Support MRB and handle customer returns/documentation

The Person

• Quality engineering experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001
• Based in Exeter happy working on site
