Quality Engineer - Medical Devices 4 Day Working Week

As a Quality Engineer, you will be involved in technical QMS work. Duties across Documentation and CAPA processes, as well as management of technical files. Ensuring compliance with 13485 throughout.

Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality policies.
• Perform quality audits and inspections of processes and products.
• Analyse quality data and create reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
• Provide guidance and training on quality systems and processes to staff.
• Manage non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product development from a quality perspective, ensuring compliance with standards.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

• A strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with quality assurance processes, including audits and inspections.
• Proficiency in analysing quality data and generating actionable insights.
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
• An educational background in a relevant field such as engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
