Job Description - Quality Inspector

Are you a Quality Inspector looking for your next challenge? Our client a leading company in the aerospace sector are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their close-knit team.

Collaborating with established clients in the defence sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. Your attention to detail in inspecting components and maintaining precise records will help minimise errors and uphold rigorous standards.

Quality Inspector
Job Description

Record non-conformities (NC’s)
Interpretation of drawings and inspection of complex Aerospace components using principles, inspection equipment and CMMs
Work to tight tolerances, approximately 0.2mm
Maintain and collate all relevant paperwork, ensuring traceability for each component

Quality Inspector
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Ability to use Quality tools and complete FAI reports
Excellent attention to detail and organisational/planning skills
Proven experience interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications
Previous experience working within a Manufacturing environment
