Quality Inspector

We are looking to appoint a quality inspector to work for a well known manufacturer. You will be joining a well established close knit quality team who work collaboratively across projects. The successful quality inspector will be responsible for the inspection of raw materials, in process and last off inspection using a range of inspection tools.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure conformity for small batch precision engineered components Visual and dimensional
• Detailed first off, in process and last off inspection
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and standards
• inspection
• Operate CMM

Qualifications:

• A hard working, hands on approach to problems solving.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office word and excel.
• An exceptional level of attention to detail
• A demonstrable track record working as a Quality Inspector in the precision engineering sector
• CMM experience
• Capability to read/interpret complex engineering drawings and standards
• Ability to manage time and deal with multiple tasks and issues simultaneously within tight deadlines.
