The Role

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections, managing nonconformities, and maintaining accurate records. This role also involves liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure quality expectations are consistently met. You will be conducting internal and external audits, preparing detailed reports, and tracking corrective actions, managing nonconformities, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions and maintaining accurate and up-to-date calibration and quality records. Addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive client experience and executing quality plans in line with project requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a relevant industry, strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have high attention to detail and proficiency in documentation and record-keeping and the ability to conduct audits and analyze quality data effectively.
