Role: Quality Inspector

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £35,000 - £36,000

Role Overview
You’ll be part of a team that supports the design, engineering, and manufacturing of products, balancing quality, compliance, and customer expectations.

Shift Patterns Options

Early shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00
Responsibilities:

Providing timely quality control and metrology support to operations and the wider UK Supply business.

Sharing best practices in measurement and metrology with production, engineering, and global quality teams.
 Supporting the rollout of MES and expansion of machining processes.
 Analysing data to report quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
 Promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the business.
 Communicating quality successes and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:

A solid understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes, tools, and techniques.
 Hands-on experience with metrology equipment and systems.
 Proficiency in Office 365 and general computer literacy.
 Experience guiding stakeholders on metrology techniques.
 Experience programming and using key metrology tools such as CMM and surface measurement systems.
