Are you a Cable Assembler or similar looking to step into a completely hands-off role with full training in quality inspection, supported by an Investors in People-Accredited company committed to your growth and career progression?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as leader of a small team, carrying out quality inspections of the bespoke cable and box built assemblies. This role will include inspections and working with the production team to ensure the highest quality of cable assemblies is maintained. You will have the opportunity to either work Monday to Friday or 4 days a week 7am - 6pm and be fully trained on IPC Wiring Regulations.

This company is far reaching, having supplied to military, motor sports and entertainment industries for the last 15 years and rapidly growing with each year. This is the opportunity for a Quality Inspector with a background in cable assembly or similar to develop and step into their next chapter as a Senior, leading a team while being supported through continuous training and courses.

The Role:

• Quality inspecting, Bespoke cable and box built assemblies.
• Training on IPC, Management and Quality
• Leading a team of 2

The Shift:

Choose between these 2 options

• Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm Friday 7am-12pm
• 4 days a week (of your choice) 7am-6pm
