Quality Management Lead - Civils

As a Quality Management Lead (Civils), you'll play a key role in ensuring quality is embedded throughout the supply chain, from manufacturing through to project delivery. Key Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across major civil engineering contracts.

Review, approve and monitor Contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs).

Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs).

Coordinate supply chain audits and ensure timely close-out of actions.

Oversee manufacturing surveillance and inspection activities using a risk-based approach.

Manage the review and acceptance of manufacturing documentation and quality records.

Lead Lifetime Quality Record (LTQR) reviews and support equipment release.

Build strong relationships with contractors, inspection agencies and project stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and supply chain performance.

Ensure contractual quality requirements are consistently achieved.
