Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing training and support as needed.
• Analyse quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and oversee the handling of customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
