What You'll Do:

As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards across the business operations.

• Develop and implement robust quality management systems to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QHSE strategy aligned with the business objectives
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions.
• Analyse data and metrics to monitor quality performance and drive strategic improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Effective communication skills to convey quality standards to all levels of the organisation.
• Appropriate qualification in Engineering or Quality Assurance.
