Are you a passionate and experienced Quality Manager with a proven track record in ISO implementation?

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in quality engineering, ISO implementation and accreditation to tackle the exciting challenge of building a new quality department. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach are critical.

The company is advancing infrastructure for global communication in a sustainable way, working within the High-Tech and High-reliability sectors. It is a specialist in the design and supply of telecommunication systems, either providing turnkey solutions or complete product-build architecture.

The role involves ensuring the quality of products from initial inspection through production. You'll conduct regular internal audits, applying lean methodologies to drive improvements in quality, cost, and performance. Your expertise in quality control, inspection, and process improvement will be essential in supporting both new and existing product lines. Utilising tools like APQP, 8D, FMEA, and PPAP, along with your understanding of ISO9001, you'll contribute directly to gaining ISO accreditation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Role:
* Lead and manage the implementation of ISO
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive QMS, internal audits and quality documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring quality standards are integrated into all processes.
