Your new role
The purpose of this role is to lead the Quality and Production teams to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with the relevant international standards and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.The role requires a sound working knowledge of Quality Management System processes, including EN9100:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and Part 21G Production Organisation Approval, all of which are maintained across the company. The role holder will lead the implementation of the quality strategy, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive a culture of zero defects in collaboration with the wider team.The successful candidate will play an active role in both internal and external audits, ensuring that any non conformances are effectively resolved within agreed timescales. The position also demands strong relationship management skills to maintain the confidence and satisfaction of customers and other relevant external bodies in the company's Quality Management System and its associated requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a a relevant third-level qualification or a minimum of five years' experience in a quality-related role. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable), but not essential. Auditor experience essential.
