Job Description - Quality Manager

Are you an experienced quality professional with a background in aerospace? An established aviation company is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality assurance activities, oversee regulatory compliance, and play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of military aviation standards and regulations.

Quality Manager
Job Description

Oversee and maintain QMS compliance for MOD contracts, advising leadership on quality performance and improvement.
Serve as the primary quality contact for MOD activities, ensuring all documentation, audits, and regulatory approvals meet military standards.
Lead internal and supplier audits, manage corrective actions, and coordinate MAOS quality activities.
Review personnel training and authorisations and represent quality in MOD progress meetings.
Champion a customer-focused culture across the organisation.

Quality Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience in a civil (Part 145) or military aviation maintenance environment.
In-depth knowledge of MOD Military Aviation Airworthiness Regulatory framework.
Experience working within the CAA BCARS and EASA Regulations would be advantageous.
