Hours: 37 hrs per week

(7.30am till 4.00pm Mon - Thurs & 7.30am till 12.30pm on Fri)

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager & IATF Auditor. This role

reports directly to the Managing Director.

Duties:

• Ensure capacity plans are available at all times for inspection.
• Ensure 8D’S are signed off in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the company maintain all quality accreditations, and these are kept all up-to-date and maintained.
• Be a qualified IATF Auditor
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
• Implement a quality ethos into the manufacturing team.
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis (KPI’S etc)
• Create and submit detailed reports to the appropriate staff.
• Carry out scheduled internal/ audits as per requirements.
• Set out compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved/exceeded
• Record and review Non-Conformance and provide regular statistical analysis
• Attend supplier/customer visits when necessary
• Hold regular meetings with the management team as per the QMS
