What You Will Do:

• Maintain and develop the company's Business Management System, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage internal audits and liaise with the Technical Manager to address technical and product-related issues.
• Supervise the testing and recording of non-conforming products, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Act as the principal contact for customer auditors and external certification bodies, representing the company with professionalism.
• Oversee the calibration of in-house testing equipment and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate Health and Safety initiatives, including risk assessments and monthly meetings, while maintaining defined housekeeping standards.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong research and analytical skills to identify and address quality challenges effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with teams, customers, and external auditors.
• A solid understanding of business management principles and experience in managing quality systems.
