Own and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain ISO certifications and prepare for future standards.
Reduce defects and complaints through data-driven insights and proactive strategies.
Collaborate with operations and engineering to embed Right First Time principles.
Lead audits and compliance programs with rigor and transparency.
Coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

What We're Looking For

Proven Expertise: 5+ years in quality leadership within manufacturing or regulated environments.
Technical Strength: Deep knowledge of ISO standards, QMS platforms, and analytical tools.
Change Agent: Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation.
Leadership: Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across functions.
