Quality Manager

Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We're looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance across our Bath manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll lead the quality function, working closely with Operations and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, and support the delivery of operational excellence.

As Quality Manager, you will lead the site quality function, working closely with Operations and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards, and championing a culture where safety comes first. You will play a key role in improving product quality, reducing DPPM and NCR rates, increasing first-pass yield, and delivering lasting improvements across the manufacturing operation and supply chain.

Experience Requirements

• Strong quality leadership experience within an engineered manufacturing business
• A detailed understanding of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and HSE best practices
• Experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
