36.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 9am -5pm, Fri: 9 am-4pm)
Salary:

£45,000 - £50,000

Company Overview:

Our client, an industry-leading packaging manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality initiatives and support their drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Complaint Management:

Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Root Cause Analysis:

Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Auditing:

Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Standards Compliance:

Ensure adherence to ISO9001, ISO14001, and BRC standards.
Hands-On Manufacturing:

Engage with the manufacturing process to ensure quality control and product excellence.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar position within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Strong auditing skills and a keen eye for detail.
Passion for continuous improvement and driving change.
