Quality Operations Coordinator

Walker Cole International is working with a leading biotech organisation to appoint a Quality Operations Coordinator at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Scotland. Key Responsibilities for the Quality Operations Coordinator:

• Own and manage short- and long-term scheduling across Quality teams to ensure timely delivery of activities.

• Coordinate daily workload planning based on project timelines, staffing availability, and business priorities.

• Forecast capacity and resource requirements, proactively identifying gaps or bottlenecks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain, and Project Management.

The Quality Operations Coordinator will have:

• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or biologics.

• Background in Quality or Manufacturing scheduling, with strong planning and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with confidence working cross-functionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable managing planning dashboards or systems.
