Quality Resident Engineer

We are looking to recruit a Resident Quality Engineer in Liverpool, UK. This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.

Scope of Work:
· Providing information about quality situation in resident plant
· Analyzing faulty articles delivered by supplier
· Replacement of faulty articles
· Random controls in plants in situation of a reclamation
· Providing samples to responsible people in customer’s plant
· Taking actions to prevent reclamations
· Improvement of communication level between client and supplier
· Monitor sorting requirements and supervising of sorting activities
· Reporting due to client’s requirements

Requirements:
· Quality and industry experiences preferred.
· Good communication skill are required.
