This could suit someone stepping up to a management role from a QC or QA

The Role:

• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, BRC).
• Conduct audits, monitor production standards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead a team of quality technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to maintain product integrity.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of retailer standards, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisonsetc.
