Quality Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Lead / Supervisor to join an established manufacturing / engineering environment and support the ongoing development of the company’s quality function.

The Role

* Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001 standards.

* Oversee quality control, inspection and testing activities.

* Manage quality risks and support corrective actions.

* Monitor and improve supplier quality.

* Handle quality-related customer complaints and feedback.

* Drive continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving.

* Conduct and support internal, external and ISO audits.

* Implement CAPA and corrective actions where required.

* Train and mentor staff on quality standards and processes.

* Coordinate the day-to-day workload of the quality team.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

* Experience within a quality/manufacturing environment.

* Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.

* Experience with auditing, corrective actions and continuous improvement.

* Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

* The ability to coordinate and support a quality team.

* Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Days based onsite working, Mon-Thur 7:30am-4pm. Friday 7:30am-12:30pm.
