As Quality Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their products and processes meet the highest standards—supporting internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

• Maintaining and developing our Quality Management System to support operational performance
• Leading internal and external audits and managing findings through corrective/preventative actions
• Preparing internal and customer quality reports and high-level documentation
• Supporting training initiatives and delivering quality inductions for new starters
• Reviewing and interpreting customer and regulatory quality specifications
• Using quality data and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Representing the Quality Team at supplier and customer meetings

• Proven experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally AS9100 standards
• Internal or external auditing experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, preferably in the metals or aerospace sector
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Quality/Manufacturing Engineering
