Job Summary

• We're looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to join our team in Redditch. Working with the Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining our BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct internal audits and provide auditor training to staff.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including scrap percentages and on-time delivery.
• Manage customer concerns and communications.
• Maintain and adapt quality processes to meet customer needs.
• Assist with 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
• Maintain Control Plans and record process improvements.
• Support the overall Business Management System.
• Work collaboratively with the engineering team to drive continuous improvement.

• Experience with PPAPs is a plus.
• Knowledge of inspection, testing, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Awareness of Initial Sample Inspection Reports is a bonus.

This role requires a team player who is heavily process-driven, has strong analytical skills, and can communicate effectively.
