Quality Systems Engineer

We're recruiting for a Quality Systems Engineer role with a leading manufacturing organisation certified to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards. This position plays a key role in shaping and driving the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for deploying and maintaining effective quality systems, supporting APQP processes, and ensuring the business meets world-class standards in product and process quality. The role includes managing audits, non-conformance processes, and promoting best practices across the business.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong QMS background, confident in auditing, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, who can help embed quality at the heart of operations. You'll work cross-functionally, with a focus on process standardisation, lean improvement, and quality metrics.
